Stress Management Kit
1. Discovery Call: 1 hour assessment call where a thorough health history is disclosed. Your health goals and expectations are discussed and a health plan is created and discussed
2. 6 to 12 one-on-one sessions
3. Weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls are established based on your program
